pioneer communications communicates the advantages of the core product WEBFLEET and the telematics services of Webfleet Solutions. The aim is to strengthen the company’s brand image in the transport and logistics sector. We want to create awareness for Webfleet Solutions and increase its reach. On this basis Webfleet Solutions will be able to contact decision makers more quickly and easily in order to obtain qualified leads. A three-member consulting team at the Leipzig office supports Webfleet Solutions in the the field of press relations with specialized media and business customers from the industries transport and logistics, handicraft and building as well as service and services.

Realisation

Webfleet Solutions brings together companies and drivers. The company follows the simple principle “the closer you are to your drivers, the more intelligent decisions you make”. This conviction goes hand in hand with continuous innovation, the promise to put the customer first in all aspects, and the focus on quality and reliability. This attitude has helped Webfleet Solutions to become the European market leader in vehicle telematics and fleet management.

Together with the marketing team of Webfleet Solutions for the D-A-CH region pioneer communications defined the core target groups . The focus is on decision-makers in the transport and logistics industry with a fleet of ten or more vehicles. Economy and industry statistics, studies as well as our own surveys showed that editorial cooperation with specialist media – both in print and digital – would be the right way to address the target group directly. The target group is looking for well-founded information with added value for their daily work. pioneer communications delivers this content through publications in the most important specialist media.

Evaluation

Relevant content – coordinated and purposefully published – as well as the structure and the linkage of the different communication channels do not only increase the range but strengthened the perception and the pioneering role of Webfleet Solutions in the telematics market in the D-A-CH region. With the PR measures, pioneer communications does not only address the needs of the target groups in terms of content and topic, but also continuously uses the most relevant communication channels based on previous analysis.

To date, we have achieved over 90 publications in specialist press (print and online) within the year 2018 and got in contact with 6.1 million readers. pioneer communications furthermore created several user reports, including subsequent customer surveys on fundamental industry issues and problems. pioneer communications also produced five animated videos for the Webfleet Solutions user, distributors and HR department. In addition, pioneer communications conducted an industry survey in cooperation with Dataforce on the “shortage of specialists in the transport and logistics industry”. We set up central channels such as the company blog or the YouTube channel for the D-A-CH region and maintain them together with the LinkedIn channel. Ad campaigns within Google search and YouTube round off the marketing mix.
